I've been away for awhile, and I should apologize for leaving everyone hanging who sent me messages.  I had over 180 notes to read and over 500 misc messages to go through and I am happy to say my inbox is FINALLY cleared out.  So, I guess I should answer the biggest question that everyone was asking me and that is, will I be adding any new work to my gallery.  Unfortunately the answer is NO.  I simply do not have the time to continue on with my work due to college classes and for the fact that I have replaced what little free time I DO have with my new found love of costuming.  I do not plan to remove this account as too many people enjoy what little artwork is up here, so it will remain.  If anyone is SERIOUSLY interested in the other creations I've been working on for the past few years, feel free to wander on over to my other account here on deviantART which you will find here ---> kelikala.deviantart.com/galler…

Hey everyone, long time no see!  Anyways, I just thought I'd drop in to let everyone know I'm still alive.  I know I haven't been posting much work as of late, but I have a valid excuse.  I started college in August and almost all of my free time has been devoted to course work.  I'm studying to be a Medical Assistant and I'm pondering the notion of taking more schooling to become a Surgical Assistant.  I'm also proud to report that I finished my first semester on December 15 and ended it with a 4.0 GPA which also allowed me to make the Dean's List.

As for new work... I have one project that I started earlier this month that I hope to finish before my Christmas Break is over on January 11th.  Since I've been doing so much digital work, I thought I'd do a pencil drawing for a nice change of pace.  It's looking really good right now and I can't wait to post it.

So yeah, that's about all I have for now.  I hope that everyone had a fantastic Christmas and that you received everything you wished for!

I cleaned up my gallery and updated almost every single one of my deviations.  Others I deleted, and others were just moved to scraps.  A good deal of the deviations in the gallery are 'new' as most underwent a MAJOR overhaul, and they now look nothing like their original counterparts. So yeah, if you've been wondering what I've been up to for the past year, there is your answer.  I'm also working on a new portrait of Heath Ledger that I hope to finish sometime tomorrow.  I've been at it off and on for about a month now and right now I'm just adding the final touches.

Just a word to let you all know that I will be cleaning up my gallery and deleting ALOT of my deviations ( the ones I don't really care for ) and replacing a few with more recent updated versions.  So if there is anything you want to save, do it now!  Once they're gone, that's it!
